This vase is wheel thrown and trimmed in an iron rich clay body. Glazed in a Copper red glaze and fired to 1280 in a gas reduction kiln. This stem vase is perfect for single stems of flowers of leaves. Heavy enough to counter balance tall flowers and stems.
These pots are dishwasher safe and food safe, although washing by hand is the preferred. This cup is made with high iron content clay body that is reduction fired. This kind of firing can make angled edges susceptible to chipping if they’re bumped heavily so handle pots with care.
